Example:
We use a redline/revenue share model. We mark up the redline between $0.20–$0.40 depending on the market. We also have an 80/20 revenue share split, with 80% going to the sales rep and 20% to the company. Of the company’s 20%, 5% is allocated to the trainer for that team or rep, 5% goes to the sales manager, and the remaining 10% is retained by the company.
